Video Transcription: What Are SEOs and How Should We Use Them?
The truth about SEO products. Enhance means to enlarge a specific muscle group that you’re targeting and want to improve. What does this really mean? It really means that we’re volumizing the muscle, we’re making the muscle bigger, and our goal is to stretch the fascia tissue, which I will go into great extent.
Let’s start with a little bit of history. Oh, before I even talk about that, let me say this: I am not a medical doctor and please don’t misconstrue anything on this video as specific medical advice but, hopefully, everyone does find it informative and educational and I’m going to try and answer the most common questions that I’m asked every day on the phone.
Let’s start with a little bit of history. About 30 years ago, Chris Clark created the first SEO product. It was called Synthesize. SEO stands for Site Enhancement Oils. These types of products, have been around, like I said, have been around for a long, long time.
My product, Painless Pumps West, targets specific muscle groups like your biceps, triceps, or whatever it is that you’re trying to improve. Truthfully, this isn’t really much of a secret anymore, and, in fact, it is something that top bodybuilders are using all over the world but it can definitely help you make the gains that you need to help you reach whatever goals that you have whether that’s competing at a national stage, trying to get your pro card or whether that’s something, improving body parts where you have been lagging for years or maybe you simply want your arms to be bigger and better. It doesn’t matter what your goals are, a product like this definitely can help you.
SEOs are bodybuilding secret weapon, like I said, that you can certainly use these with any of your muscle groups, this includes biceps, triceps, chest, quads, back, trap, shoulders and even calves, which can be a little bit tricky, and also, to be honest, can be very difficult because your calves can get so sore it’s hard to walk around on but we can cover that at another time.
One of the most important things that I need to talk about are some of the warning signs and I want to cover this at the end of this video. I am not the kind of person that takes shots at other companies. Unfortunately, there is too much of that in this industry. It’s one of the things that I think bothers almost everyone too much about this sport and this industry is everybody jabbering at everybody else and everybody talking down everybody else. There are definitely other good companies out there. There are definitely other products that are worth using and I really believe that people should have a chance to use other products. I strongly recommend you try other products, see if you like them, see if they work for you, and if you do, then that’s great, and, in fact, I’ve even helped people with specific protocols that are using someone else’s product so I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. But, like I said, at the end of this video, I am going to go over some of the things you should look out for.
The things that a good SEO product does. First of all, it’s going to volumize and make your muscles bigger and fuller and rounder. This is incredibly important because the rounder the shape, the more your muscles pop out, which is something that everybody always, one of the first things that people notice with top bodybuilders is how much their muscles actually pop, especially things like shoulders and biceps, in fact, any body part really.
The second thing, and probably the number one thing, that a great SEO product has is that it should contain something called glycoproteins. Glycoproteins are incredibly important because when you volumize the muscle and stretch the fascia, this causes little microfiber tears and your body produces glycoproteins to reduce those tears. When you use a product that contains extra glycoproteins, then you increase the muscle’s repair process and this leads to significant new muscle growth and this is a really, really important thing to understand. And it’s really important to understand the role that glycoproteins play with our bodies and the fact that we naturally produce them and one of the things that a product like this does is you add extra, which, of course, common sense tells you, you speed up that recovery process.
I want to use your biceps as an example, and this is going to be kind of a goofy explanation, but bare with me, it’s a thing that I use every day on the phone and for some reason people really get it when I explain it this way. So, I want you to think of your bicep, I want you to use your bicep as an example, I want you to think of your bicep as three layers of a cake and when you’re training and you get that pump, that’s mostly in the top 30 percent of the muscle. And then a day or two later when you’re really sore, you got that little bit deeper soreness, that’s in the middle 30 percent of the muscle, okay? The bottom 30 to 40 percent of the muscle is virtually, virtually, virtually untouched from your training at the gym. The reason for this is because of the fascia tissue. There are three kinds of fascia tissue: superficial, which is mostly our skin, visceral, which is our internal organs, and the one we care about is called the fascia, which is there to protect our muscles and bones. Think of the fascia as a connective sheath, a layer that separates and surrounds the muscles from the bones. And remember this - God really didn’t intend for us to lift weights, I mean, if you stop and you think about it, that’s not really what our bodies were meant to do, to the extreme levels that we take our bodies when we train heavy in the gym on a regular basis. And, let me explain a little bit further. Okay, so as a muscle gets closer to the bone, or like I said earlier, you start talking about the bottom 30, 40 percent of that muscle, it becomes more dense with fascia tissue. This is because the fascia is there to protect and separate the muscles from the bones. This is why you can train to the point of overtraining and exhaustion and you still don’t get that significant muscle growth in the bottom 30, 40 percent of the muscle.
Okay, so when you use a product like this, like I said, it volumizes muscle. Now we are pushing on the muscle. This causes little microfiber tears and they are being repaired by the glycoproteins. Glycoproteins are very unique because they are part glycogen and part protein. If we don’t allow the body to repair these little microfiber tears, this can lead to more serious injuries, which often results in overtraining.
So, what are we doing? We’re volumizing the muscle and we are stretching the fascia. This causes microfiber tears. We are then adding extra glycoproteins to repair those microfiber tears and you are stretching, repairing, stretching, repairing, stretching, repairing and hyperfeeding the muscles which causes significant muscle growth in the bottom 30, 40 percent of the muscles, which isn’t affected at all by training. So, this is incredibly important to understand. This bottom 30 to 40 percent of all of our major muscles, all the muscles of the body, are never really affected by training, because, like I said, they are so dense in fascia tissue and they’re so intertwined that you’re not really getting any real growth there, and, in fact, probably the greatest analogy I can use for you, is we’ve all heard stories of the guy that’s been at the gym for 10 years, and after 10 years, he finally benches 300 pounds. He finally meets his goal and then he stops working out for a while - a year or two years, or whatever it may be. And then he comes back and he starts training, and all of a sudden he’s benching 300 pounds again, really quickly. And everybody says, “oh that’s muscle memory, that’s muscle memory.” Well, guess what guys, there’s no such thing as actual muscle memory. What’s really happened is that we’ve stretched that fascia. Even though the muscle has atrophied and gotten smaller, as soon as we start training, since the fascia has been stretched, it’s really easy for the muscle to expand to where it was before so that’s technically what’s actually happening. And that’s the beautiful thing about product like this is it gives you that opportunity to stretch that fascia and this can lead to permanent long-term growth that we all really want.
So, hopefully, that explains it really well and, like I said at the beginning of this, I’m going to talk about some of the warning signs, some of the things that it’s really important that you look out for. The number one thing, obviously, if it’s not manufactured in a top-flight facility, this is a huge issue. If they can’t provide you with proper documentation, then stay away from them. That should be common sense to all of us. I think everyone should steer away from any product that’s not being manufactured by a real manufacturer and if they can’t provide that proof, use some common sense, please.
Secondly, if they don’t offer you a money-back guarantee, that should tell you everything you should need to know, right? I mean, think about it. And the other thing is if they don’t give you specific advice, then I recommend you don’t work with them. Think of it this way: there is a big difference between a guy that weighs 150 pounds and a guy that is, let’s say, six-two and 280 pounds. It’s ridiculous if a company gives you a generic protocol that’s the same recommendation as everyone. You need to work with someone that can give you a specific protocol for whatever body parts you’re interested in using the product.
And, finally, I want to say this. Please stay away from anyone that makes ridiculous claims to you. This is a phenomenal product and can make you significantly better but it’s not going to turn the average person into superman. You still have to do the work, you still have to pay your dues in the gym, but it can definitely make each body part one size bigger, if that makes sense. And, like I said, it can be used on all your major body parts, but, again, I want to say this: if you have 15-inch arms, you’re not going to have 22-inch arms after you use the product. It’s just not reasonable and it’s ridiculous if anyone tells you anything close to that. So, in some way, they’re just trying to rip you off if they’re making those types of claims.
Okay, last thing I want to tell you is I take great pride in answering every call, every email, every text. I’m here to help you. I will give you specific protocols depending on what your goals are. And to offer you all the proof in the world, I will also give you 100 percent money-back guarantee. If you don’t like the product, it’s not a problem and I’ll refund every penny.
Hey, guys, I hope you found this to be very informative. Please take advantage of what I’m saying to you here. If you’d like to learn more about the product, shoot me an email or pick up the phone and give me a call and we can go from there. Alright, take care everyone, bye bye.
